Now that the snow has melted yet again, I have been pointing out all the tiny first blooms of Spring to Lu. Four houses down from us there are three lovely little fushia, yellow and white flowers that remind me of loomed flower crafts from the 60’s.

Those tiny flowers (asters?) plus reading Sister Diane’s recent
Craftstylish post on looming with VHS tape
plus her reference to Cathy of California equals me purchasing a vintage flower loom kit.

So much for crafting with what I have on hand in 2009.

These flowers are not loomed, but pretty just the same.
