Vinspiration – Reuse oatmeal box to make a creepy hat rack.

A “perky” children’s hat rack. More like scary.

“Cover round oatmeal box with dainty wallpaper. Glue 18 pieces of yarn 3 1/2″ long over top edge for bangs. Cut nine strands 18″ long, braid 6″ of each end; tie ends with ribbon bows; glue across top, over bangs. Paint black eyes, nose and red mouth.” – Barbara, 1964
